Multiply Your Fun This Summer!

The Education Department is thrilled to announce the release of Mathnasium’s Multiplication Fact Fluency Assessment and accompanying materials (also discussed here [1])! This release consists of Pre/Post Assessments, a Midpoint Checkup, Mastery Assessment, 12 Prescriptives, and 4 Focus Ons.

The Multiplication Fact Fluency Program is designed as a framework for students to engage in strategic thinking as they learn multiplication facts, supplemented with extensive practice to help them achieve “effortless recall”.

This video (featuring some of our MFF test subjects!) will give all of you a sense of how practice fits into the learning process for multiplication facts:

For more detailed information and guidance, please refer to this resource document [2] as well as the Right Instruction – Multiplication Fluency Instruction training course (pending) on Mathnasium University [3].

As always, email support@mathnasium.com [4] with any questions. We hope you enjoy the new Mutliplication Fact Fluency materials!

I am certainly excited to see the new curriculum implemented in the centers soon! The students did a great job in the interviews 🙂

This is a great video. Can we share it on Social Media?

Thanks for chiming in, Nicole and Kapil!

Kapil, in response to your question, it was communicated to the kids’ parents during filming that the video would only be used for internal training purposes. Unfortunately, we can’t use it on social media and for consumer marketing purposes in general.

We look forward to hearing more feedback from everyone as you implement this program at your centers!

Best,

Damaris

We really like the suggested activities and the open-ended activity pages to remind instructors to integrate them. A few additional multiplication games we like are the Product Game: [5] and Speed: [6]

A question for those who have purchased the Learning Palette. What sets did you purchase?
