Please remember that all pre-approved marketing materials reside on Download Depot [1] (mathnasium.us [1]) for your use. These materials are created in accordance with Mathnasium’s style guide and current brand messaging.
Creating and deploying unapproved marketing materials is not allowed and can undermine our national efforts along with creating harmful brand inconsistencies. If, for some reason, you want to create and use a marketing piece that is not on Download Depot, you must obtain approval from the Marketing Department before doing so. For approval, please submit the piece you intend to use to support@mathnasium.com [2].

I want to add that everyone should be reaching out to Robin Lutes at Pixel Factory. [3] when they need an ad.
HQ takes on half of her fee, so what she charges us is negligible for an ad (typically somewhere around $35 for our portion of it, depending on the amount of work.) She has access to all of Download Depot and knows all of our Mathnasium marketing guidelines. It’s silly not to use her and to spend time and effort trying to Photoshop something yourself.

Download Depot does not have holiday ads; I would like to see more activity from the marketing department helping franchises grow.
