A Note About Confidentiality

Dear Mathnasium Franchisees:

As a reminder, we need to maintain confidentiality around our Center operations.  Center employees are not supposed to discuss Mathnasium operations with outside parties.  This includes third party vendors, or anyone they don’t know, since these parties could be competitors in disguise or someone that means to do harm.

Thanks for your understanding in this matter.

Can you please elaborate on this Note? My employees are some of my best supporters in the communities I serve/they live. Can you provide guidance regarding specifically what they should not disclose v them being good brand ambassodors? Thank you
