** Access to Cornerstone for Salesforce (CFS) for U.S and Canada ends January 31, 2017! Complete outstanding online training on the old Mathnasium University portal and attend a training session prior to that date. **

** Training for international Franchisees excluding Canada will be addressed at the end of January. Watch for a separate announcement with training dates and details! **

If you missed any of last month’s onboarding training sessions for the new Mathnasium University on Cornerstone on Demand (CSOD) (initially mentioned in Make Way for the New Mathnasium University [1]), you’re in luck! The Training Department’s leading a final round of sessions throughout the latter half of January.

** Sign up now! **

Multi-Center Owners: If you missed any of the CSOD training sessions geared toward Multi-Center owners, do join us for a Single-Center owner training. To sign up for any of the training sessions listed above, please email MUHelp@mathnasium.com [2]. You may need more assistance afterwards for action items pertaining specifically to the needs of Multi-Center owners. We are more than happy to support you via email.

Instructors:

After you’ve completed your CSOD training, you are welcome to train your staff. A recording will be provided so you can train your staff at your convenience.

Center Directors: If you are unable to attend any of the Single-Center owner training sessions listed above, please feel free to attend the Instructor training session or watch the recording—it will have all the information you need.

Important: To avoid any issues, please make sure each staff member has an updated email address in M2 (that’s where we’ll send their password reset link, if necessary).

Additional notes:

Thank you for your patience as we work through the process of migrating historical training progress from the old system to the new one!

Additionally, we are aware that some people are not receiving welcome emails when they are entered into the new system. Please email MUHelp@mathnasium.com [2] if you do not receive yours and need to access training.
