We observed intermittent issues with document access in Radius today. We were able to identify the problem and resolve it, so users should no longer be experiencing any failed downloads.

We will be upgrading our document server later this week, and this should further improve document performance within Radius. During this upgrade, assessment printing, individual printing via the LP Manager (not Print Mode), and Answer Keys will be under maintenance from 8:00pm to 11:00pm PST on Thursday, February 8. Please expect these features in Radius not to function properly at that time.

We apologize for this inconvenience, and we aim to continue to improve the reliability of document access in Radius.
