Over these past few weeks, some of our franchisees have reported that they have been experiencing issues with Listen360 and noticed that the volume of feedback responses and requests being sent has been lower than normal. Others have reported that Guardian names were incorrectly labeled on reports or instances where those reviews were not streaming properly to their center’s microsite.

We have been actively reviewing this issue together with the Listen360 Support and Operations team. To protect the integrity of these reviews, we have temporarily halted our integration along with the frequency of surveys being sent until we are able to update and ensure that all Guardian information is properly synced with the Listen360 system and reported accurately. We are taking the necessary steps to have these issues resolved over this next week, and the Listen360 team is implementing changes to prevent these issues from reoccurring in the future.

In the meantime, you may continue to notice lower volumes of feedback. Once all issues have been resolved, feedback requests will be sent out on the regular intervals, and you should start seeing a rebound in the number of reviews that you receive over the next few months.
