While Listen360 is now processing all customer surveys correctly, the Listen360 Support Team will need to complete a final re-sync of all customer/feedback data for all our centers to ensure that all customer information and feedback is being reported accurately.
The system maintenance is scheduled to begin tomorrow Friday, June 1st and may take approximately 48 hours to complete over the weekend. During this period, as the system maintenance is being performed, franchisees will temporarily be unable to access their Listen360 user dashboards or receive their daily feedback summary digests until the system is fully restored. We expect this to have minimal interruption to center operations during this period, and all your historical feedback data and user settings will be kept intact.
