Please review the following Radius Release Notes that highlight the features and fixes that were released this morning.


  • Curriculum Search: There are additional keywords attached to curriculum documents to make searching easier. Searching on title and description was also improved.
  • Reminders: The reminders pop-up window now has two extra columns: “Related To” and “Type”. Under the “Related To” column, the associated record name is listed and hyperlinked to direct users to the respective Details page of that record. Under the “Type” column, the type of record (i.e. Account or Guardian) is listed.
  • Name Sorting: For Student, Guardian, Teacher, Community Contact, Account, and Employee grids as well as Lead Conversion Report and Student Report, full names are now split into First Name and Last Name and are sorting by creation date.
  • Print Mode: In LP Manager’s Print Mode, the default is now all students (indicated by –Select Student–).
  • Timesheets: There have been multiple updates to the Employee Timesheets page, including a new “Title” filter, a search field, and the total number of hours worked by all employees (which can be found at the bottom of the grid).
  • Student Length of Stay: There have been updates to the enrollment length metrics on the Student Details page, Account Details page, and Enrollment Report page. The new metrics are the following:
    • Enrollment Contract Length, which shows the length of current enrollments from start date to end date or start date to today (whichever is latest)
    • Student Length of Stay, which shows the total length of past enrollments and current enrollments up to today
    • Enrollment Length of Stay, which shows the length of time for the current enrollment up to today
  • Error Messages: TK-421 and P90x errors have been updated in order to identify the cause of the error more clearly.


  • Attendance Ratio Chart: Fixed issue where the Attendance Ratio Chart was in some cases not showing the correct number of Instructors.
  • Enrollment Report: In the Enrollment Report, if the filter is Enrolled, it will no longer include students who are on hold for the duration of the selected date range.
  • Employees: Fixed issue when removing a center from an Employee, the prompt to update the Manager for the Employee’s subordinates shows the correct list of employees related with the center.
  • Account Payments: When viewing payments from Account Details, the latest payment is now being displayed first instead of the oldest payment.
