Google My Business Company Name Update

Recently, company names found on Google My Business pages have been migrating from “Company Name plus Location” to Google’s recommended “Company Name only” structure. For example, “Mathnasium of Tucker” is now simply listed as “Mathnasium” in Google My Business.

Google has certain guidelines which depict a naming structure devoid of location, and we are having direct conversations with Google daily to discern next steps. Please know that we are aware of the matter, are speaking with Google, and will ensure next steps are made in tandem with Google’s best practice suggestions.
