Please note to check Radius for any new web leads in the past 24 hours. You can check by going to Lead Management and using the filter for “Recently Created.” Please reach out to Mathnasium Support (support@mathnasium.com) if you have any further questions.

This issue has now been resolved. The internal error message will not come up now after a web lead submits their information. If you do continue to see this error message, please reach out to Mathnasium Support (support@mathnasium.com).

Currently, when a web lead submits their information on a center’s microsite, the lead will see an error message on their end that an internal error has occurred. The web lead’s submission will still create a Lead Account in Radius.

We are currently working on resolving this issue with the error message as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding during this time.
