Our Development Team has determined that this issue was caused by one of our servers experiencing a temporary outage. As this server outage was temporary, users should be able to login to Radius without any further issues.

There is currently an issue that is preventing users from getting on to Radius. Users may be able to access Radius at one moment and then a moment later not have access. Users may also have received an error message that says “An unexpected error has occurred.”
We truly apologize for this inconvenience. Our team is currently working on resolving this as soon as possible. We will notify you once we have more information.
