KEY EMPLOYEE ANNOUNCEMENT

Dear Franchisees,

We are writing to share some exciting news!

Steve Spengler, our East Coast regional director, has been chosen to move over into our international systems group. Steve’s experience as a franchisee, FBC, and most recently regional director, along with his deep understanding of Radius, support systems, and our Operations Manual, make Steve a powerful asset in this newly developed position.

Steve will work with the international systems team to develop the franchisor systems and tools for international use by our master franchise partners. We are happy to congratulate Steve on his new role.

We will implement a temporary regional leadership back-fill plan effective immediately as follows:

• Jeff Larson will support the following FBCs: Heather Witt, Joanne Hendrickson, and Jeff Branch
• Matt Schankel will support the following FBCs:  Asad Imam and Kimberly Rau

We have begun interviews and hope to promote from within for Steve’s replacement. In the interim, please continue to leverage your assigned Franchise Business Consultants and Start-Up Specialists, as well as Centralized Support as usual.

Any escalated issues will be handled by the temporary regional leadership as well as myself.
