MFAC ELECTIONS – AMENDED STRUCTURE/REGIONS
As our system has grown and continues to grow, we will be adjusting the structure of the MFAC to better represent the structure of our system. The new MFAC structure will be as follows:
- 4 U.S.-based single-center owners (3 voted on by the system and 1 appointed by Home Office)
- 4 U.S.-based multi-center owners (3 voted on by the system and 1 appointed by Home Office)
- 1 international owner to represent international interests. This position can be either a single-center owner or multi-center Owner.
Each election will be structured to have 1 single-center owner and 1 multi-center owner from each region. Elections will be held to fill those vacancies that roll off each year.
We have geographically drawn three (3) regions across the United States to approximate the distribution of centers. The new regions will be West, Southeast, and Northeast. [1]Our MFAC By-Laws have been amended to reflect the new structure as well. Eligibility of members will remain the same. CLICK HERE to see our updated By-Laws [2].
Additionally, we have also asked Mo Khalil to extend his time for one additional year to stagger Home Office appointments – alternating a single-center owner and multi-center owner each year.
NOMINATIONS FOR 2019 MFAC

Has anyone else had trouble sending e-mails to “nominations@mathnasium.com”? We keep getting delivery errors. I’ve already contacted Support, but I’m waiting to hear back.
