As a follow up to the post on Matters on October 11th:

Users experienced issues accessing Radius between 4:12 pm PT and 4:22 pm PT on Thursday, October 11th, 2018.

We have discovered a potential cause of the issue and are working closely with our vendor, Amazon Web Services, to ensure that this issue does not reoccur.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused by this outage.

Please know our engineering and operations teams are working hard to ensure outages of this nature do not occur again.
