Can you please calrify this?
Our royalties were deducted on the 10/12.
Are you saying that you were trying to deduct them again?
You refer to “scheduled”, but this is not clear to me.
Do I need to be concerened there will be an overdraft on my account?

Hi Steve, yes we would be happy to clarify. There were a number of royalty payments for certain centers that were in the process of being processed today. These specific centers that had royalty payments scheduled to be processed today were the only ones impacted by this error. Therefore, the Accounting Team has voided these specific payments scheduled for those centers and will process these specific payments tomorrow.
In your instance, because you have already paid your royalties prior to today, then your center was not impacted by this error and thus will not have any payments processed tomorrow.

I was charged for royalties on the 23rd and 25th. My initial payment on 23rd was not voided. I have notified accounting and have not heard back. When can I expect to see the refund? Thank you.
