It was recently brought to our attention that due to a Staples system migration over this past weekend, a limited number of Staples customers who ordered print services/items on Monday, November 12th up until 2pm EST on were erroneously overcharged.

The Staples team immediately took action to rectify the issue and resolved it by 2pm EST on Monday, November 12, 2018. Since that time, no additional issues have been reported. Rest assured that this was not in any way fraudulent activity, but a systems error that has been rectified.

We are working with the Staples team to identify any franchisees who may have been affected and to ensure that all issues are resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.
