REMINDER: Please Activate Your Hootsuite Account to Keep It Active

[1]

The Marketing Department recommends Hootsuite as an extremely useful tool that allows your center(s) to take advantage of the frequent posts produced by the Home Office, which can be scheduled directly to your Facebook page(s). It also allows you to easily create and schedule your own local posts.

IMPORTANT: If you plan to use Hootsuite for social media management, please ensure that you complete BOTH of the following actions by December 20:

  1. Activate your Hootsuite account, AND
  2. Add your center’s Facebook page(s) to your Hootsuite account

#1: How to activate your Hootsuite account

All users were previously sent an activation email from Hootsuite; however, if your link has expired, please use the reset password link here [2].

Hootsuite is currently only available to U.S. franchisees. The tool is planned to be made available to Canadian franchisees soon.

#2: How to add your center’s Facebook page(s) to your Hootsuite account

Once you log in to your Hootsuite account, use this link [3] to connect your social networks to the Mathnasium organization. Please email support@mathnasium.com if you have any issues or if the link expires before you can activate.

Franchisees who decide to add their center’s social media accounts to Hootsuite after December 20 will need to submit a request to Mathnasium Support for a new Hootsuite account. As new accounts will be added into the system on a monthly basis moving forward, franchisees who activate their account by December 20 will avoid any future delays.

How to Find Out More Information about Hootsuite & Facebook

If you’d like to use Hootsuite but are having trouble first accessing your center’s Facebook account, please click here [4] for help from Facebook.

If you need to create a new Facebook Business Page, the instructions for “Facebook Business Page Setup” can be found in Radius under “Business Documents.”
