Please review the following Radius Release Notes that highlight the features and fixes that are going to be released tomorrow, December 11.

For this particular release, please make sure to do the following steps in this order:

  1. Log out of Radius.
  2. Clear your browser’s cache (CLICK HERE to learn how to complete this step).
  3. Log back in to Radius.


  • Quick Filters: Quick filters are now available for all applicable management screens and reports.
  • Learning Plans: Learning Plans can now be merged together when users merge their associated assessments. CLICK HERE for more detailed information about LP Merge.
  • Parent Communication Report (NEW): The Parent Communication Report is now available under the “Report” menu. This report provides data on the last contact made to a Guardian via specific communication channels including: Email, Calls, Events, or Tasks. CLICK HERE for more detailed information about the new Parent Communication Report.


  • Performance: Users can now have multiple tabs open in Radius. IMPORTANT: You will need to clear your browser’s cache before logging in to Radius in order to see the benefits of this fix.
  • Employees: Fixed issue where entering an employee without a birth date would set birthdate to 1/1/0001.
  • Lead Source: Fixed issue related to Leads where checking the Lead Source box for “Other” and entering text also flagged the “Not Specified” status, which would then erroneously show up in the Leads Tracking Report.
  • Monthly Amount: Fixed issue where First Month Amount on an enrollment wasn’t saving correctly for some students.

Server Maintenance Today @ 11:00pm PT:

As announced on Matters, a maintenance window for Radius has been scheduled to start today at 11:00pm PT and end on Tuesday, December 11 at 1:00am PT. Since our servers will be worked on during this time frame, Radius users may not be able to access the site or complete tasks during this two-hour window.
