UPDATE: NEW Automated Thank You Emails for Webform Submissions

Updated Post: Please note, this post has been updated regarding the email signature, which will feature the Center’s name only.   

Dear Franchisees,

We are pleased to announce that we are adding an automated email to the webform submission response.

Starting next week, when a prospect newly submits the form located at the top right corner of your microsite, they will instantly receive the email shown below. You should still call and email the lead directly to schedule a center visit as well, but this email will ensure that all prospects see an immediate response with your center’s contact information. The email will feature the Center’s name, the address/contact information that is featured on your microsite and relevant links to your microsite.

This is part of an ongoing process to add more automated marketing features to your local marketing efforts.
