I logged out, cleared cache, etc. and the LP Manager is still not working properly. For example, under “LP Item View” if I click “Show Incomplete Only” and hit search, nothing happens. It still shows completed assignments.

Hi Nick! Thank you for your feedback. Our Radius Development Team is currently investigating the LP Item View filter. I apologize for the inconvenience. If you have any further questions or feedback, please email [2]. Thank you!

Any way we can do these updates without having to clear cache and cookies every time? No other software updates that I do require a constant clearing of cache and cookies.

Hello, Jeff! Clearing your cache and cookies is a best practice for “Browser Hygiene”. Over time, the browser may hold on to information that can cause problems with logging in or bringing up websites. It is recommended to clear your cache and cookies often, and Radius updates are a good time to do this to ensure that you can view Radius correctly.
