Franchise Business Review Online Satisfaction Survey

We are asking U.S. & Canadian franchisees with center opening dates on or before March 1, 2019 to help us by participating in an annual online satisfaction survey being conducted by Franchise Business Review ^[2]. Sharing your business experiences will help Home Office staff gain a more thorough understanding of the strengths and opportunities of our system, be more responsive to your needs, improve performance, and better represent the Mathnasium franchise opportunity to candidates in the future. It is important for everyone to participate and share your experiences.

Franchise Business Review will be contacting you on or before April 10th via email to provide instructions on how to access the survey. The survey is designed to take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete. Please schedule some time to complete the survey within 10 business days of receiving the email from FBR.

As you complete the survey, we encourage you to express yourself and share all your ideas on how we can improve our performance together! We are seeking open and honest answers that accurately capture your experiences as a Mathnasium center owner.
