As announced here [2], we are asking all U.S. and Canadian franchisees with center opening dates on or before March 1, 2019 to help us by participating in an annual online satisfaction survey being conducted by Franchise Business Review [3].
FBR reached out to you at the beginning of April with the survey link; please take 10 to 15 minutes to submit your honest feedback by Wednesday, May 1.
