Dear Canadian Franchisees,
Last month, all email addresses for Canadian centres and multi-centre owners (MCOs) were migrated from @mathnasium.com to @mathnasium.ca.
The Home Office will be scheduling the following updates across these platforms to ensure consistency and compliance with Name, Address, Phone Number (NAP) requirements:
- Update Microsites – week of June 17
- Update Google My Business – week of June 17
You will need to update your center’s Yelp account after the Home Office has completed the listed updates above. We will notify you when you can complete this step. For now, please do not make any changes.
Your original mathnasium.com address remains as an alias, so any emails sent there will automatically be forwarded to your mathnasium.ca address.
Please note, your logins for the Marketing Matrix, Staples, etc. have not been changed. You will still need to login using your mathnasium.com address.
